I am requesting help translating Yiddish and Cyrillic contained in this birth record (M10) from Rotmistrovka, dated 24‑Oct‑1859. I would love to know everything possible. Most important would be the name and gender of the child (not identified in the index).

2. Кто совершил обряд обрезания: 3-ей гильдии купец Янкель Антоновский и Ицко Холодовский.
3. Когда родился: 24 октября/ 8 хесвин
4. Где родился: место Д (Р?)отмиетривка.
5. Родители новорождённого мальчика: отец Черкасский мещанин Матосовского общества Дувид Тасищкий, жена его Эдеса.
6. Имя ребёнка: не на русском языке.

На втором запросе на перевод очень плохое качество фото, его нельзя увеличить, так как становится всё расплывчато.
