Явился Згерисский Раввин Шулем Герш Кон совместно с
Яковом Торунчик, вдовцом после Айндли-Эстеры Торунчик, умершей в городе Лодзи 12/24 ноября 1874 года, 28 лет, сын Ицка и Шаи, супругов Торунчик, саможник, в городе Лодзи проживающий и
Мариею Зысею Гловинскою, она же Заеонц (Заюнц), девица (1 брак), 24 года, в городе Згерис при родителях проживающая, дочерью Ляйзера Вольфа и Рыфки, супругов Гловинских, они же Заюнц,
В присутсвии свидетелей объявили, что вчера ( 9 февраля 1875 года) в 7 часов вечера в городе Згерич заключен религиозный союз между
Яковом Торунчик, вдовцрм и Мариею Зысею Гловинской, она же Заюнц, девицею.
Союзу предшествовали три оглашения в Згерисской еврейской божнице (синагоге) и Лодзинской городской еврейской божнице.
Новобрачные заявили, что предбрачного договора не заключали.
После чего сей акт окончен, Раввином, свидетелями и мною, чиновником гражданского состояния, подписан. Новобрачные неграмотные.

The Zgeris Rabbi Shulem Gersh Kon appeared together with
Yakov Torunchik, a widower after Aindli-Esther Torunchik, who died in the city of Lodz on November 12/24, 1874,
at the age of 28, the son of Itzka and Shai, the Torunchik couple, a self-made man who lives in the city of Lodz
and
Maria Zysa Glovinska, also known as Zaeontz (Zayunts), a young woman (1st marriage), 24 years old, residing in the city of Zgeris with her parents, daughter of Leiser Wolf and Ryfka, the Glovinskiе, also known as Zaeontz,
In the presence of witnesses, it was announced that yesterday (February 9, 1875), at 7 p.m., a religious union was concluded in the city of Zgerich between
Jacob Torunchik, a widower, and Maria Zysia Glovinskaya, née Zayunts, a maiden.
The union was preceded by three announcements in the Zgeris Jewish temple (synagogue) and the Lodz Jewish temple.
The newlyweds stated that they had not entered into a prenuptial agreement.
After this act was completed, it was signed by the Rabbi, the witnesses, and myself, the civil registrar.
The newlyweds are illiterate.
