Attached is page no. 2 of a letter sent to my great-grandmother Bronya Riskin, in the Land of Israel, by Matvey Levin in the Soviet Union. Would like assistance in its translation.

Please note the previous page ends with the following: "Упустил из виду что после пятидесяти в таких случаях время работает против тебя, в общем, нахально простыл, а мне простужаться опасно, ведь я инфарктник и тяжело переношу простуду, когда у нас в доме..."

кто либо гриппует доктор всегда предупреждает, чтоб предохраняли меня, а тут, как видишь сам, создал для себя болезнь.Но как видно на сей раз всё обошлось благополучно. Вчера после месячного перерыва сходил к Мосе. Чувстует он, откровенно говоря, очень плохо. После Москвы в отношении мивстении стало как будто лучше, но повлияло на сердце, которое перенесло два инфаркта и ему стало совсем худо. Последнее время он почти не встаёт с постели, так что в отношении его состояния здоровья нисего утешительного сказать нельзя. Раз уж замахнулся, продолжу грустное: месяц тому назад похоронили мужа Брони Левковия, так что она теперь осталась одна, у неё ведь не было детей, а неделю назад похоронили Маню Кубинскую или вернее Давидову, по привычке мы с детства называем их по месту откуда...

After visiting Moscow, his myasthenia seemed to improve, but it had a negative impact on his heart, which had already suffered two heart attacks. Lately, he hardly gets out of bed, so there's nothing to be said for his health. Since I've started, I'll continue with the sad news: a month ago, Bronya Levkovia's husband passed away, leaving her alone, as she had no children. A week ago, Manya Kubinskaya, or rather, Davidova, as we've been calling her since childhood, passed away.
