Состоялось в городе Тереспол 28 февраля 1885 года в 10 часов утра.
Явился лично еврей Лейбко Финкельштейн, плотник, 42 года, в городе Тереспол живущий,
в присутствии евреев Хаим Иосля Рубинштейна,55 лет и Копеля Мончика, 65 лет, оба божничные школьники, в городе Тереспол живущие и предъявили нам младенца мужского пола,
объявляя ,что младенец родился здесь 20 февраля в 3 часа ночи от законной его жены Сыми Рейли, урождённой Ивра, 42 года.
Младенцу сему (этому) при совершении обряда обрезания даны имена Мошка Хаим.
Акт сей объявляющему и свидетелям прочитан и затем присутствующими подписан. Отец неграмотен.
Содержащий Акты Гражданского состояния.

Act No. 22.
It took place in the city of Terespol on February 28, 1885, at 10 a.m.
A Jew named Leibko Finkelstein, a carpenter, 42 years old, who lives in the city of Terespol, appeared in person.
In the presence of Jews named Chaim Ioslya Rubinstein, 55 years old, and Kopel Monchik, 65 years old, both of whom are schoolteachers, they presented us with a male infant. They declared that the infant
was born on February 20 at 3 a.m. to his legal wife, Simi Reili, née Ivra, who is 42 years old.
This infant (this) was given the name Moshka Chaim during the circumcision ceremony.
This act was read to the declarant and witnesses, and then signed by those present.
The father is illiterate.
This contains the Civil Status Acts.

9/25/2025 3:15 PM To add to Svetlana's translation, the mother's name was Sima Keyla. The child Moshko Khaim was my great grand uncle.
