Birth: Terespol, 24 April 1844, 5 a.m.

Father (Declarant): Dawid FINKELSZTEIN, Jewish religion, stall-keeper, residing here in Terespol, 41 years old

Mother (Wife of Declarant): Hena[?], 32 years old

Child: Wolf Leyb [Lejb], male, name given at circumcision

Witnesses: Mendel LOBACZEWSKI[?], worker, 43 years old; Jozel FERDYNES[?], [unreadable occupation], 58 years old; both Jewish, both residing in Terespol
