Состоялось в городе Тереспол 17 апреля 1895 года.

Явился лично еврей Эле Файвол Финкельштейн, запасной солдат (в запасе), 32 года, в городе Тереспол живущий,

в присутствии евреев Хаим Иосля Рубинштейна,65 лет и Шмуля Либерман, 39 лет, оба божничные (религиозные) сторожа, в городе Тереспол живущие и предъявили нам младенца женского пола, объявляя ,что младенец родился

10 апреля 1895 года в 8 часов утра от законной его жены Рашки, урождённой Ледерман, 25 лет.

Младенцу сему (этому) при совершении религиозного обряда дано имя Малка.

Акт сей объявляющему и свидетелям прочитан и затем присутствующими подписан.
Содержащий Акты Гражданского состояния.
