Whoa, the image quality... isn't. Append question marks to everything, plus extras where indicated.

Informant: Adolf Hirsch, merchant, residence Kurima, whom the below-written registrar knows personally.
Deceased: Illés Rubin, Jewish, Talmud teacher, residence and birthplace Kurima, age 80 years.
Spouse: the late Mina Landau?
Father: the late Mózes Rubin, merchant, Landecz??
Mother: unknown
Death: Kurima, 19 January 1897, 7:45 a.m.
Cause: old age
Remark: informant remarks that the deceased was his father-in-law(?) living in the same house with him.
