Shmuel is a Biblical name; it is Hebrew for Samuel.

Tzvi is the Hebrew word for deer.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Reuven [reh-OO-vayn] is a Biblical name, one of the twelve sons of Jacob and the father of the tribe that bears his name; it is Hebrew for Reuben.
