Father (Declarant): Abraam PRASZKE, Jewish, merchant, 33 years old, residing in Stryków

Mother (Wife of Declarant): Hinda ROSSENOWACZ[?], 32 years old

Child: Laibusz, male

Birth: 4 July 1821, 1 a.m. [1:00], in house no. 23

Witnesses: Majer Dawid ROZEMBERG, synagogue sexton, 61 years old; and Josek SZMULOWICZ, peddler, 30 years old; [both] Jewish, [both] residing in Stryków
