Here is all the useful family information:

No. 119

Death: Ostrów Mazowiecka, 3 October (21 September) 1848, 3 p.m.

Decedent: Jośk Leybowicz PIĄTNICA, widower, salt merchant and liquor merchant, 75 years old

Surviving Relatives: 4 children: Szprynca (54[?] years old), Ruchla (45 years old), and Wyszek[?] (40 years old), daughters; Herszek (32 years old), son; all residing in Ostrów Mazowiecka
