Явился лично Ицек Маер (двух имён) Педро, 19 лет, торговец, в посаде Шренск проживающий и в присутствии свидетелей предъявил нам ребёнка мужского пола , объявляя, что он родился в посаде Шренск
9 декабря 1886 года в 4 часа утра от жены его Марьем , урождённой Фридман, 22 года.
Ребёнку при обрезании дано имя Израель Шая.

Posad Shrensk. December 17, 1886. Itzek Mayer (two names) Pedro, 19 years old, a merchant, living in the Posad Shrensk, appeared in person and in the presence of witnesses presented us with a male child, declaring that he was born in the Posad Shrensk December 9, 1886 at 4 o'clock in the morning from his wife Maryem, née Friedman, 22 years old. The child was given the name Israel Shaya at circumcision.
