On  Response
8/24/2025 8:04 PM Here lies

A dear man, honest,

He conducted his business with faith, he gathered

his hands full, he did much,

and left a blessing to his children, lo he is

the honored [rabbi?], Reb Matisyahu son of the honored

[rabbi?] Reb Yosef, of blessed memory

He passed away on the 2nd [?] day of Shvat of the year 5641

May his soul be bound up in the bond of life.

==============================
Matisyahu is a name from the Chanukah story.

Yosef is Joseph.

I am not sure of the exact date in the month of Shvat. If it was the 2nd of Shvat, 5641, this date corresponds to Jan 1st or 2nd, 1881. The month of Shvat, 5641, ranged from January 1st to January 30th, 1881.
