Time and Place of Death: Łódź, 9 May 1927, 12 noon

Decedent: Sara Estera DYSZKIN, 74 years old, born in Grodno, permanent resident of the city of Łódź, Jewish religion, daughter of Abram Josef and Hinda MIGOWSKI, widow of Sender DYSZKIN.

Act signed by witnesses and registrar.
