This is the 1900 Lomza death registration of Rochla Mindla Kolinska. Her father's name was Oszej Dawid (from the JRI-PL data). From other records I know that her maiden surname is Hindman / Gindman. I would appreciate any information that you can extract from this document.

On May 8/21, 1900, at 5 p.m., in the city of Lomż, Róchla Mindlá Kolinská, aged 38, daughter of Oshei David Shapsovich (his father Shapsa) and Sora, the Indman couple, a resident of the town of Radzilów, passed away, leaving behind her widowed husband, Yankel Gershko Yudkovich Kolinsky (his father Yudka).
