Again, there are many lines of praise here.

The deceased was Yoel (Joel) son of Yisrael Yaakov (Israel Jacob) Dorfan.

He died on the 17th of Av, 5708.

This date began at sunset on August 21st, 1948, and ended at sunset on the 22nd.

By the way: if the deceased is someone important to you, and you would want to observe the Yahrzeit (anniversary of the date of death), for example by lighting a memorial candle or giving charity in their memory, this date is approaching soon. This year, the 17th day of the month of Av will occur next week, beginning at sunset on Sunday the 10th and ending at sunset on the 11th.
