Eszter Weisz, age 33, birthplace in Kemecse
Sári Grosz, age 1 1/2, birthplace Eör

Pertse Mejer, age 58, birthplace in Ó-Pályi in Szatmár county

(The birth country of Hungary is dittoed down the entire page, so I've skipped it in the translation.)

Nearly all of the given names and most of the surnames had question marks attached, so I removed most of them as superfluous. The handwriting is difficult, let's just leave it at that.

Samuel's alternate surname's second letter is more of a mystery than most of it, because it has an inexplicable descender, making a 't' unlikely. The letter 'z' sometimes has such a tail, except none of the other things I'm reading as 'z' here extend down like that.

Birthplaces were in Szabolcs county unless otherwise noted. (Translation has them as spelled in the gazetteers; transcription is what the census says, best as I can decipher.)
