Looking for a translation of this birth record (Act 1) from the Kalisz registers for 1860. The child is Jozef Knopf, son of Szmul and Ryfka nee Shwartzpelz, both of Kalisz. I was told by a Russian translator that this record is in Polish?

Thanks for any and all help!
