Hello ViewMate volunteers,
This is a badly faded image of my great-aunt's birth document. The far right edge also appears to be cut off by the scanner, although with magnification it seems to improve. I would be grateful to have as much information from this document as possbile, while understanding it's condition may not be entirely workable. I particularly want to know any comments about the parents' marriage date if mentioned, and if the marriage and this birth are late registrations.
Thanks very much for helping me gather information to make an analysis of this Adam family cluster.

Hello,
This is in Polish, actually. I do not believe the content on the left page is related to the birth record.

In many ways, this record is quite similar to that of Chaim Adam, another child of these parents, whose birth record I translated for VM 111212. The notes are slightly different but mean the same thing because both of these children were legitimized and their births recorded through the same legal process. I have copied the translations of the notes from the earlier response and changed the wordings slightly. Because of these similarities, I have been able to fill in the portions of the notes at the far right cut off by the scan.
