I found this image on Yad Vashem with a submitted testimony that included 2 photos.
The translation to English would be greatly appreciated.

The opening Yiddish phrase uses a word that can be translated as "souvenir", but does not mean souvenir in the physical sense. It appears frequently on the backs of pictures.
