I believe this to be the marriage record of Icek Zolty and Rajzela Boms (perhaps also known as Hinda as seen on birth records of Icek's children).
I would like as much information as possible, especially Icek's date of birth and details of his parents if present.

Явился раввин гмины Калиш Лейзер Геримтер вместе с
Ицком Берком Жолтым, сыном Годля и Рухли, урождённой Рейнхер, супругов Жолтых, холостым , 19 лет и
Девицею Райзелою Бомс, дочерью Литмана и Махлы, супругов Бомс, 18 лет, в Калише проживающих
и в присутствии свидетелей:
Фабяна Кротковского, 68 лет и Хаймана Пульвермахера, 29 лет
объявил ,что
5/11 февраля 1865 года был заключен религиозный брак между Ицком Берком Жолты и Райзелою Бомс.
Этому браку предшестововали 3 заповеди, опубликованные в синагоге собранному на молитву народу , а именно в городе Варта 12/24 декабря, 19/30 декабря, 26 декабря/7 января 1864 /1865 года.

Rabbi Lezer Gerimter of the Kalisz Gmina appeared with
Itskom Berk Zholty, son of Godl and Rukhli, nee Reinher, married to Zholty, unmarried, 19 years old, and
a girl named Raisela Boms, daughter of Litman and Mahla, married to Boms, 18 years old, living in Kalish
and in the presence of witnesses: Fabian Krotkovsky, 68 years old and Hyman Pulvermacher, 29 years old, announced that

on February 5/11, 1865 A religious marriage was concluded between Itsk Berk Zsolty and Raizela Boms.

This marriage was preceded by 3 commandments published in the synagogue to the people gathered for prayer, namely in the city of Warta on December 12/24, December 19/30, and December 26/January 7, 1864/1865.
