7/17/2025 6:28 AM	Birth #34 of Ruchla Laja DIAMEN, not birth of Nusyn SZYDLOWSKI.
7/17/2025 6:40 AM	I found the correct record, it is a death record only. Death 34 reg. in Chmielnik June 4, died June 3, 1902 of Nusyn SZYDLOWSKI, 83, son of Lejbus Zelman and Chana (no maiden name given) This is all vital info only.
