Informant: Adolf Friedmann, teacher, residence Bonyhád, Budai street number 128, whom the below-written registrar knows personally.
Father: Adolf Friedmann, Jewish, teacher, residence Bonyhád, Budai street number 128, birthplace Nagy-Tapolcsány, Nyitra county, age 26 years.
Mother: Hermin Grünvald, Jewish, teacher's wife, residence Bonyhád, Budai street number 128, birthplace Brezova, Nyitra county, age 20 years.
Birth: 14 October 1895, 4:30 a.m.
Child: girl, Jewish, Regina.
Margin: Dated in Bonyhád, 20 January 1897. Per the official notification of the Brezova registration district's registrar, the herein-entered child passed away in Brezova on 4 June 1896. The death is entered in the Brezova registration district's death register for the year 1896 under number 68. Ferenc Kühnel registrar. As certification of the copy. Dated in Bonyhád, 23 January 1897. As certification of the entry. Szegzárd, 6 February 1897. Ferenc Székely, county chief archivist.
