I would very much like to receive a translation of my grandfather's obituary.

Place and date of death registration: Ostrów, 29 July 1921.

Death reported by Hersz BALBIER, szkolnik (synagogue sexton/shammes) living in Ostrów.

Witnesses to the registration: Aron BEJNAS, szkolnik (synagogue sexton/shammes) aged 52 and Szmul SZLEZYNGER, handlarz (trader) aged 40, living in Ostrów.

Place and date of death: Ostrów, 28 June 1921.

The deceased: Chil KIMEL, son of Josel and Perla (from house unknown) aged 51, died of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Based on the certificate of the local doctor SZAJKOWSKI dated June 28, about the eyewitness confirmation by him and the above-mentioned witnesses of the fact of the death of the Orthodox Jew Chil KIMEL, this act was prepared, read to the appearing persons and signed by these appearing persons.

This happened in the city of Ostrów on the twenty-ninth day of July, in the year nineteen hundred and twenty-one, at ten o'clock in the morning, the Orthodox Jew Hersz Balbier, a szkolnik (synagogue sexton/shammes) residing here in Ostrów, appeared, together with two witnesses: 1. Aron Bujnos, a szkolnik, fifty-two years old, and 2. Szmul Szlezyngier, a merchant, forty years old, residing here in Ostrów, who declared that on the twenty-eighth day of June of the current year, the Orthodox Jew Chil Kimel, son of Josel and Perla née unknown, fifty-one years old, died here in Ostrów, he died of pulmonary tuberculosis.
Based on the certificate of the local doctor Szajkowski dated June 28, 1921, about his firsthand observation, as well as the above-mentioned witnesses, of the passing of the Orthodox Jew Chil Kimel, this document was prepared, read to the appearing persons and signed by them together with us.
