Hello,
This is in Polish. First, an explanation of the column headers, beginning from the left:

The first three columns ask for the house number, the type of house and street name, and family number (within that house). This whole page covers house no. 678, which is wooden and has no street name associated. The Magen and Maierson families are families 2 and 3, respectively, within the house—I would make sure that the Maierson family, which begins close to the bottom, does not continue on the next page.

The fourth column asks for each individual’s given name and surname, but in the handwritten portions, individuals who are not the head of household have their first name and relation to the head listed instead.

The fifth column asks for the names of each individual’s parents and the familial origin of their mother, although the last category does not seem to be included in the handwritten responses.

The sixth column (“PŁEĆ”), with several sub-columns, asks for each individual’s sex. Males are further divided into “Popisowy” and “Niepopisowy.” At the time, males were subject to military conscription, but those who paid a tax would be exempt and marked “Popisowy” (no one on this page). (“Niepopisowy” indicates they were not exempt.)

The seventh column asks for day, month, and year of birth, but most individuals only have their year of birth included.

The eighth column asks for marital status.

The ninth and tenth columns ask for condition of birth and religion, respectively. All individuals on the page have “Jewish” listed across these columns.

The eleventh column asks for information on occupation. The two small sub-columns ask whether the individual is an owner (“Właściciel”) or a “Procederzysta,” the latter being an archaic term unfamiliar to me but seeming to mean something similar.

The twelfth and thirteen columns ask for place of birth and place of origin, respectively; all individuals on the page have “Lublin” listed across these columns.

The fourteenth column contains legal notes on documents. I am not familiar enough with the legal processes at the time to fully explain these, but they seem to specify whether there were documents available to verify the information of each individual.

Now, I will extract all useful information pertaining to the Magen and Maierson families. I am omitting the criteria that are the same for all individuals on the page, as listed above.

MAGEN (family 2)

Herszek Magen, child of Wólf and Rochma, male (not exempt), born in 1803, married, carter/wagoner with 8 horses, “Procederzysta”

Itta, wife (of Herszek), child of Lejbuś and Chaia, female, born in 1815, married, with husband

Josef, son, child of Herzek and Itta, male (not exempt), born in 1836, unmarried, with parents

Judka, son, child of Herzek and Itta, male (not exempt), born on 5 July 1839, unmarried, with parents

Wólf Magen, child of Lejzor and Chana, male (not exempt), born in 1771, married, with son [Herszek]

Rochma, wife [of Wólf], child of Boruch and Gitla, female, born in 1799, married, with husband [note that Rochma is supposedly Wólf’s mother, but her birth year (1799) is listed as only four years before his (1803), meaning there is some sort of error]
