I would appreciate a translation of the birth Record of Hilda Eisenkraft especially column 6, 7 and 12. And the significance of the 1897 in column 6 and 1899 in column. Birthdates of parents??

It's actually in Romanian, btw, but I'll do my best, as the headings mean the same as they would in a Polish or German birth record in this format. I'd say 1897 and 1899 are the birth years of the parents.

In column order:

1. Record #: 641

2. Date and place of birth: 23 December 1926, 8 Wilson Street, Cernăuţi [Czernowitz: fyi: Synagogengasse – Strada Wilson was one of the oldest streets]

3. Date and place of naming ceremony (circumcision for boy): 25 December 1926, synogogue of the Jewish community, Czernowitz.

4. The child: Hilda, female.

5. Status: legitimate

6. Father: Moritz EISENKRAFT, married merchant, residing in Czernowicz, claimed Romanian citizen, son of Dawid EISENKRAFT and Hynda née MARMOROSZ?

7. Mother: Anna EISENKRAFT, married, residing in Czernowicz, daughter of Vigdor SPERBER and Feige Ruchel née HAMMEL.

8. Witness/godparent/sandek: Ruchel HALPERN.

9. Mohel: -

10. Midwife: Ruchel HALPERN. I can't make out the pencil words here, but there's the number 532502 and a date: 28 December 1945, I think.

11. Stillbirth: -

12. Comments: From what I can make out, this says the legitimacy is confirmed (?Volume XVI, page 40, ?number 16) by the marriage of the parents on 19/1/1926.

A few notes—

The name of the child, according to this record, was spelled "Hilde."

I agree with the spelling of the child's paternal grandmother's surname "Marmorosz." However, her given name here is "Hyndy," as the record does not decline the names of the other grandparents as it would were it composed in Polish.

There is a second witness likely named "Dora Geller."

The penciled words spanning columns 9–11 are possibly in Russian.

I agree with your interpretation of the comments. The words after "40" read "nrl. cur." which stands for "numărul curent" (the equivalent of Polish "liczba bieżąca")—the same terms are used in the numbering of the birth records here.
