This headstone is at Rice Lane Jewish Cemetery (est. 1896) in Liverpool, UK.
I need help with the Hebrew translation.

The English text below (not pictured) reads
In Loving Memory
of
RACHEL
WIFE OF CHARLES LANDA
FORMERLY OF LEEDS,
WHO DIED 8TH FEBRUARY 1899,
28TH SHEVAT 5959
AGE 20
A Little Mother in Israel

Here is what I can glean:

Her name was Rachel [rah-chell, with the Ch as in Chanukah or Bach].

Her father was Yehuda (Judah), here spelled with Yiddish spelling conventions.

Her date of death was the 28th of Shvat, 5659 (not 5959), which corresponds to February 8th, 1899.

However, she could not have been 20 when she died, as the month and year of her birth are given: Kislev of 5599 (November 17th, 1838 through December 17th). This would make her about 60 when she died.
