I need help with the Hebrew translation.
The English reads:

WHO DIED MARCH 21ST 1899. NISAN 10TH 5659
AGED 42 YEARS.

Here lies the the distinguished woman Rachel Leah the daughter of of Shlomo Leib. Passed away on Tuesday 10 Nisan, 5659 at the age of 42.
May he soul be bound in the bonds of life.
