Please note that the record lists two possible maiden surnames (SZYMSIO and SZYMSIOWICZ) for the mother of the deceased.

Date and Place of Record: Łódź, 28 September 1917

Witnesses: Szmul Pragier and Hercka Cytrynowski, adult members of the local religious community, residing in Łódź

Time and Place of Death: Łódź, 27 September 1917, 1 p.m.

Deceased: Matel SZYNIK, 2 months old, born in Łódź, Jewish religion, daughter of the merchant Boruch Bencjon SZYNIK and Dwojra née SZYMSIO or SZYMSIOWICZ, permanent residents of Łódź
