his is a marriage record from Debrecen, Hungary, dated 1931. The couple is Isidor Sámuel and Csarna Guttman.
I would like a full translation of the top section of the document (the record is divided into three parts).
Please help with:

Translating the entire text in that part into English

Clarifying any names, dates, and official terms used in the record

Understanding the context and details of this marriage registration

Thank you very much for your help!

On  Response
7/11/2025 11:22 PM Number 10. Debrecen, 7 Jan. 1931.
Groom: Izidor Sámuel, merchant's assistant, Jewish, born in Hajdunánás, 26 Oct. 1908, residence Hajdunánás no number.
Parents: József Sámuel, the late Záli Friedman.
Bride: Csarna Guttman, Jewish, born in Zboró, 29 June 1908, residence Debrecen, Csapi street 23.
Parents: the late Hani Guttman.
Witnesses: Menyhért Wiener, Debrecen, Kazinczy street 12; Márton Dávid, Debrecen, Széchényi street 6.

(When only the mother is listed under "parents", it means she was not legally married at the time of the birth. Sometimes for Jewish people, this was because the officials refused to accept records in Hebrew.)

Groom's birth registration: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9TFZ-99T3?lang=en&i=212&cc=1452460
537. Entered 1 Nov 1908, born 26 Oct 1908. Child: Izidor, boy, Jewish. Parents: József Sámuel, straw hat merchant, Jewish, age 40; Záli Friedman, Jewish, age 37; residence Hajdunánás. József Sámuel, informant.

Other children with these parents indexed on that film:
-- Stillborn baby girl, 9 Aug 1907: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9TFZ-BQY?lang=en&i=75&cc=1452460 (Dad's occupation is "straw hat factory owner".)
-- Son Márton, 24 Apr 1910: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9TFZ-BQY?lang=en&i=75&cc=1452460 (Dad is "straw hat merchant", same as for Izidor's birth, but there's now an address of 879 in Hajdunánás.)
-- Daughter Fáni, 15 Apr 1912: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9TFZ-BQY?lang=en&i=75&cc=1452460 (Dad is simply "merchant", still at 879 in Hajdunánás.)

There are sort of two candidates for the bride's birthplace: Zboró in Sáros county, which is now Zborov, Slovakia, or Zboró in Trencsén county, which was disambiguated as Felsőzboró ("upper Z.") and is now Zborov nad Bystricou, Slovakia. ("Sort of" two candidates because the disambiguation happened around 1899, so the marriage record is very likely referring to the place in Sáros.) However, it's all unfortunately moot, because there are no civil registrations online for places that are now in Slovakia.
7/12/2025 12:01 AM OK, no idea what happened to make all the links identical; I swear, I copy-pasted each one from the correct image.... Correct links:

Per JewishGen's index, the same film contains four more children for the couple (the first one not quite half a year after their marriage); I'm leaving those as an excercise for the reader. :-)
