7/9/2025 2:27 PM The top line is the abbreviation for "Here lies"

The bottom line is the abbreviation for "May her soul be bound up in the bond of life."

The remaining 10 lines are mostly a poem of praise. If you need a full translation, please let me know, and I will do my best. Some of the vocabulary is a bit obscure and flowery.

Extracting the relevant details, the stone reveals that she had 6 children. Her name was CHAYA SARAH. Chaya is Hebrew for "she lives"; Sarah is a Biblical name. Chaya Sarah is a common double name.

Her father's name was Yisrael, which is Hebrew for Israel.

She died at the age of 41, on the Sabbath, 3 Marcheshvan 5660. The month of Marcheshvan also is known by a shorter version: Cheshvan.
7/9/2025 2:27 PM Here lies a modest and straight woman, the mother of 6 and a glorious? wife to her husband, the woman Chaya Sarah the daughter of Yisrael. She was 41 years old at her death. She died on the holey Shabbos (Sabbath), 3 Marcheshvan, 5660.
May her soul be bond in the bonds of life.

There is a some poetic text that I skipped.
