Place and date of death registration: Warsaw, 9 November 1847.

Death reported by Josek KLEPFISZ aged 31 and Dawid DYKSZTAJN aged 61, both posługacze przy szpitalu (attendants at the Jewish hospital).

The deceased: Zelig Joskowicz FELD, maintained by parents, aged 14, native of Zakroczym, survived by father (no name, but presumably Josek) and mother Hinda (no patronymic or maiden surname).

Place and date of death: 19 June 1846 in the hospital.
