Informant: the below-named father, whom the below-written registrar knows personally.
Father: Ignácz Engländer, Jewish, chandler, residence Gyöngyöspata at house number 325, birthplace Kökényes, age 43 years.
Mother: Johanna Raab Mrs. Ignácz Englender, Jewish Jewish, residence Gyöngyöspata at house number 325, birthplace Gyöngyöspata, age 33 years.
Birth: Gyöngyöspata at house number 325, 9 January 1902, 10:30 p.m.
Child: boy, Jewish, Herman.
(Margin:) before signatures, the repeated entry of "Jewish" in the mother's religion field was made from the aspect of correction.

(No, the marginal "correction" doesn't make much sense in the original, either.)
