As an eternal memento I send to you, dear children [?], the photo of my daughter, the girl whose name is Iteh Katz [?]

----------------------------------------------------
The word that I am translating as "children" is the smudged word on the second line, so I am not absolutely sure of my reading.

The name that I have written as Iteh would be pronounced EE-teh.

Her name is followed by by a word/name that begins with Ka. The last letter could be tz or f.

A reminder forever I'm sending
you my dear parents
the picture of my daughter the child named Itteh Kof.

Written in *Hebrew*, by a person to whom it was a non-native language.

The text I translated as "named" can also be translated as "in her name". People often sent pictures of children "in their name", even when they were infants.
