Place and date of death registration: Ostrołęka, 4 (Julian) / 16 (Gregorian) February 1842.

Death reported by Chaim WEYŁOZYN?, szkolnik (synagogue sexton) aged 46 and Icek ?SAYKA, szynkarz (innkeeper) aged 37, living in Ostrołęka.

Date of death: 2 (Julian) / 14 (Gregorian) February 1842.

The deceased: Jankiel ABRAAMCZYK, wyrobnik (labourer) in the village of Kadzidło, aged 45, son of spouses Abraam and Tauba ABRAAMCYZK, staying in the village of Wyszków, Pultusk district. Survived by his wife Sora z (from the house of) ABRAAMCZYK living in Wyszków.
