Groom: Leyzor Leybus BINSZTOK, Jewish, unmarried, 19 years old, son of Mosiek Josek[?] Binsztok, deceased, and of Małka née SZPINDLER (married couple), residing here as a day-laborer, residing with his mother[?]
Bride: Laia SZAUSZTIK, unmarried, 18 years old, daughter of Jeykel[?] Mordka Szausztik, deceased, and of Freidla née ROZENBERG (married couple), residing here in Staszów as a day-laborer, residing with her mother[?]
Witnesses: Eyzyk DUNAIETZ, synagogue sexton, 54 years old; and Eyzyk ROZEN, grinder/polisher, 50 years old; both Jewish, both residing in Staszów
Marriage Banns (Announcements): 11, 18, and 25 October 1856 at the Staszów synagogue
The marriage took place with the consent of Małka and Freidla, mothers of the newlyweds.
The couple declared that they had not entered into any prenuptial agreement.
The act was signed by the registrar, the rabbi, and the witnesses; Leyzor Lejbus Binsztok, Małka Binsztok, Laia Szausztik, and Freidla Szausztik are illiterate.
