7/3/2025 8:30 PM Number 8. Dated in Gyöngyös-Pata, 22 January 1900.
Informant: the below-written family member, Jewish congregational cantor, residence Rimaszombat, whom the below-written assistant registrar knows personally.

Death: Gyöngyös-Pata under house-number 350, 21 January 1900, 10 a.m.
Cause: pneumonia.
Remark: informant family member is the son of the deceased and was the one entrusted with making the report.
Read forth, approved, and signed.
Zsigmond Braun, informant.

(I rather doubt that the assistant registrar was actually even vaguely acquainted with the Jewish cantor in a town over 60 km away as the crow flies [and quite a bit further when constrained to roads], but there was nobody to object to such claims.)
