Can someone give me a direct translation for this death registration? This was my cousin's grandmother and my great-aunt.

Place and date of death registration: Kurów, 18 May 1939.

Death reported by Szlama FINKIELSZTAJN, handlarz (trader) aged 64 and Lejb WAJNBERG, handlarz (trader) aged 63, living in Kurów, together with Rabbi Majlech GUTERMAN aged 42.

Place, date and time of death: Kurów, 18 May 1939 at 6 o'clock (in the morning, I'm assuming, as the death was reported at 9 in the morning, which is specified).

The deceased: Chana-Laja-Tema SZYLDKROT, single, aged 38, born in and living in the settlement (osada) and commune (gmina) of Kurów. Daughter of spouses Nojech and Estera-Perla (from the house of ZAJDENWORN) SZYLDKROT.
