the father's one is written here, but itis not clear :

It seems that before Surname Parzencew is the surname Katz.

Yitzek Orlinsky, a servant of God (minister of the synagogue), and Markus Markovich, a house painter , personally appeared and
announced to us that on November 1/13, 1896, at 7 p.m., a resident of this city, Yitzek Katz-Parzhenchev (I.Ts.E.K. K.A.Ts.- P.A.R.J.E.N.Ch..E.V.
Double surname). 96 years old, leaving behind a widowed wife, Ruhel, née Khoronik (H.O.R.O.N.I.K.).
Upon the death certificate of Itsek Katz-Parzhenchev, this act has been read and signed by those present.
Civil Registrar: signature.

1/13 ноября 1896 года в 7 часов вечера умер в городе Калиш житель этого города Ицек Кац-Парженчев ( И.Ц.Е.К. К.А.Ц.- П.А.Р.Ж.Е.Н.Ч.Е.В. Фамилия двойная). 96 лет, оставив после себя овдовевшую жену Рухель, урожденную Хороник (Х.О.Р.О.Н.И.К.) .
По удостоверении о кончине Ицека Кац-Парженчев акт этот прочитан и присутствующими подписан.
Чиновник Гражданского Состояния: подпись.
