Is anyone able to translate this document from either Polish or Yiddish (or is it Hebrew)? I can see it's a birth certificate but would love to know all the details that are there. Many thanks for your help.

Hello,
Based upon the Polish, the document is a 1923 transcript of a Jewish birth record registered in Białystok. The right side probably contains identical information. Here are all the key details:

Original Record Entry, 1902 births, male no. 312

Name of Child: Newach

Sex: Male

Date of Birth: 3 May 1902

Date of Circumcision: 10 May 1902

Father: Mojżesz Mowszowski, son of Lejb-Arje

Mother: Rywka, daughter of Judel

Parents are married citizens of Ros in Wolkowysk district [present-day Vawkavysk district in Belarus].

Note that the original certificate would have been issued when Białystok was part of the Russian Empire, such that the birth date would have been listed using the older Julian style. (Russia switched calendars in 1918.) I checked a scan of the original certificate and the date was not updated for the transcript; thus, in the modern (Gregorian) calendar, the date of birth would be 16 May 1902 and of circumcision 23 May 1902.
