7/3/2025 6:22 AM	Dear Carol, the picture is rather small. And I don't speak Ukrainean... It looks as if they couldn't help with your search in Ukrainean archives and recommend to contact the German Bundesarchiv. To make sure I suggest, you copy and past the text from that e-mail into an online translator.
