Informant: the below-named father, whom the below-written registrar knows personally.
Father: Kain Fleischman, Jewish, haberdasher, residence Kis Várda, Csillag ["star"] street 30, birthplace Szatmár, age 24 years.
Mother: Róza Salamon Mrs. Kain Fleischman, Jewish, homemaker, residence same as the father's, birthplace Tisza Vid, age 20 years.
Birth: his/her parents' residence, 19 May 1900, 9 p.m.
Child: girl, Jewish, Etelka.
