I think it is her mother's post -war ID in 1970 when she returned to Tacovo under Russian control to visit her brother who was caught behind the Iron curtain after WW2 .

"to show in the District Internal Affears Body (DIAB)" "Birth Certificate #671 Mrs GERSHKOVICH Lina Mikshovna [Miksha's daughter] born on gruden 24 [name of a month] 1927 which was registered in the 1927 yar book of registrarion on 30/XII under #232 Father GARSHKOVICH Miksha Mother FRENKEL Rifka birth place Tyachevo Printed in Uzhgorod Dr. Josef ASH, Israel
6/19/2025 5:01 PM	Gruden is the Ukrainian name for December, which corresponds to the date that the Gershkovich birth was registered. Uzhgorod is the city where the form was printed. The stamp in two places says Tyachevo, so this is both Lina's birthplace and where the form was filled out, on July 27, 1970.
