my friend asked me to post this document. I think it is her mother's post -war ID in 1970 when she returned to Tacovo under Russian control to visit her brother who was caught behind the Iron curtain after WW2 .

6/19/2025 5:01 PM Gruden is the Ukrainian name for December, which corresponds to the date that the Gershkovich birth was registered. Uzhgorod is the city where the form was printed. The stamp in two places says Tyachevo, so this is both Lina's birthplace and where the form was filled out, on July 27, 1970.
