Attached is the first of two pages of a letter which was sent to Arpad Susitzky, the uncle of my grandfather. Any assistance in its translation will be appreciated. I would like to split the work into several parts due to the clear workload required. Thank you.

Igy egy úr vesz át mindent, most
folyik a leltározás.
tudom. ??it nem tarthatja meg, de Zoltán
ott marad továbbra is. Szóval 32 éves céget most
Erre rémes a
helyzet, most pld. külön kocsikat kérvényez-
nek a zs. utasok számára. Azt hiszem máshol

My dear Árpi!
Due to my many troubles I'm loath to write, because unfortunately we can't tell each other much good nowadays. You write that your nomination case is not going well -- see, for us, that would be the least of our troubles, because we have been thrown out of the place by ?? authority's decree. We did manage to achieve that we haven't given it to the person who was under discussion originally, because what would we even have done there, with the goods and furnishings? This way one gentleman takes over everything, the inventory is going on now. We will bring some goods home, because we have moved the industry to the house for now. How the good Lord will help, I do not know. ?? cannot keep (it), but Zoltán will remain there. So they're just ?? a 32-year-old business, that's nothing, they've appropriated several businesses here like this, the market ?? here will have no Jewish businesses. The situation is awful around here, now for example they're ordering separate cars for Jewish passengers. I think elsewhere
