6/18/2025 3:13 PM The tombstone shows only Hebrew/Yiddish/religious names. Surnames sometimes appear in the Hebrew text on tombstones; there is none here.

The deceased was Yitzchak, Hebrew for Isaac.

His father had a double name. The first part is Asher (the name of one of the twelve tribes of Israel). The second part is Falik, which I've also seen read as Falk.

Of course, the secular names may sometimes be discernible from the religious names (such as Yitzchak/Isaac; his Russian name might have been the local version of Isaac; there were a number of possible results when I googled).
6/18/2025 3:15 PM The Hebrew date of death was the 15th of Cheshvan, 5708.
