This is one side of a stone for Reuben I. COHN. This side is entirely in Hebrew, which I cannot read. The stone is unusual in that it is tall with a square cross-section. One side is not engraved, one side is so weathered that no engraving can be discerned. The final side tells me that Reuben Cohn was born in Russia and died 12 July 1894 in Binghamton. I have enhanced this image as best I could. Can any additional information be gleaned from it?

6/15/2025 2:46 PM His Hebrew name was REUVEN [reh-OO-vayn] ISSER.

His father was Yitzchak [Isaac].

There is mention of "our father", so he had at least two children. I don't see mention of "my husband", so he might have outlived his wife.

I'm afraid that this is all that I can glean.
6/19/2025 5:27 PM The letters in the arc shape read as Kohen Tzedek, meaning righteous Cohen. The acronym for this is also K"Tz, or for people named KATZ. But since you know his name was COHN then this fits.
