This is entirely in Hebrew. I can't read Hebrew. Who is the stone for? Does it offer birth or death dates? Any other genealogically useful information. (I am not interested in the formalisms)
Thanks

6/15/2025 2:31 PM The stone was put up in memory of "my mother", thus presumably by a single child.

Her name was RACHEL FRAYDA

Her father was Yechezkel Eliyahu [Ezekiel Elijah] Edelstein

The date of death was 9 Adar 5691, Feb 25/26, 1931.
6/15/2025 7:27 PM The top tow letters are an acronym for Here rests or here is buried.
The important and modest woman the elder
my mother my teacher Rachel Fraidah daughter of Reb
Yecheskel ELiyahu Edelstein
She passed away on the 5th day (Thursday-of the week that the Section of the Torah entitled) Titzaveh was read in the Synagogue on Shabbos). The 9th day of the Jewish month of of Adar in the 5691 year since the world was created.
The five bottom letters are an acronym for a verse "May his soul be bound in the bundle of life," A direct quote from the Book of the Prophet Samuel / Shmuel A, 25: 29, that is traditionally engraved on Jewish tombstones.

Observations:
The words " אשה חשובה ishah chashuvah" used to describe her, don't just mean "important woman," it implies that others held her in high esteem due to her piety, observance of the mitzvos and/or her communal good deeds. The third attribute of hers הזקנה is a term form the Talmud that could either imply she was in ehr 60's when she passed it is also a talmudic term to describe her wisdom.
The name Rachel is of course biblical after our Jewish Matriarch Rachel wife of Jacob. Fraidel is a Yiddish name that means joy.
Her father's names were also biblical after two prophets.
In our Gregorian Calendar her day of passing was Thursday Feb 26, 1931.
It is sad ot notice that she passed away on the 9th of Adar, five days before the joyous holiday of Purim on the 14th. Her family say shivah for her in mourning that week.
