Number 82. Dated in Palotás, 30 October 1903.
Informant: József Eisler, independent chandler, residence Palotás, whom the below-written assistant registrar knows personally.
Deceased: widow Mrs. Jakab Engländer born Rozália Eisler, Jewish, general-store owner, residence Palotás, birthplace Erdő-Tarcsa, age 71 years.
Spouse: the late Jakab Engländer.
Father: the late Bernát Eisler, independent chandler, Palotás.
Mother: the late Mrs. Bernát Eisler born Klára Eizler, homemaker, Palotás.
Death: Palotás, 29 October 1903, 5 p.m.
Cause: tuberculosis.
Remark: Informant puts forth that he is the deceased's younger brother and has direct knowledge of the death.
Read forth, approved, and signed, except the illiterate informant supplied it with his mark.
