Record is in Polish as are all pre 1868 and post 1915 records of Poland, otherwise are in Russian.

Place and date of birth registration: Mława, 26 January 1864.

Birth reported by father, Lejzor FARBSZTEJN, kuśnierz (furrier) aged 35, living in Mława.

Witnesses to the registration: Zelman NIBORSKI aged 51 and Abram BAJLOWICZ aged 54, szkolnikow (synagogue sextons) living in Mława.

Place and date of birth: Mława, 4 November 1863.

Female child born to his spouse Szajna Dwojra, aged 24, from Zielow. (If z Zielow had appeared directly after her name, I'd have said it was a patronymic or possibly maiden surname, but it appears after her age, so it seems it's the place she was from).

The child was named Liba.
