This is a 1916 Vienna Meldezettel, or Population Register, for my great-grandmother Mirl Kelman nee Fisch. I already have a sense of what most of it says, but I would really appreciate it if someone could translate the 8th row, or "Fruhere Wohnung," which should list her former residence. It should give the name of a place somewhere in modern-day Czechia. Thank you in advance for your help!

5/4/2025 9:29 PM The place looks to me like "Karlswald Mähren," with "Mähren" meaning Moravia. The only place I can find in present-day Czechia with that German name is Karlov pod Ještědem in the Liberec region, but that isn't in what is generally considered Moravia. There are places with similar names in Moravia, such as Moravský Karlov (Mährisch Karlsdorf) near Červená Voda in the Ústí nad Orlicí district. Hopefully records from some of those locations can clarify which is correct, or perhaps you know of a different Karlswald of which I am not aware.
