This is a birth record from the Archives in Łomża. Whatever anyone can tell me would be appreciated. I am especially interested in the exact date, parents' names, and places of origin.

Place and date of birth registration: Rembielin, 29 April (Julian) / 11 May (Gregorian) 1862.

Birth reported by father, Szulim Gimplowicz WITKOWSKI, szewc (cobbler) living in Rembielin, aged 29.

Witnesses to the registration: Lejb Szmulowicz CHOJKA, rzezak (slaughterer/butcher) aged 48 and Herszek Ber Lejbowicz RUDNICKI, krawiec (tailor) aged 33, both living in

Place and date of birth: Rembielin, 10 July 1858.

Male child born to his spouse Ryfka Liba Herszko??wej WĘGROWSKA aged 21.

At the circumcision the child was named Mortek Szapsa.

There's a note at the end that says the act was only 'written down today due to the father's negligence'.
